Gabriella's Modern Italian opened in Delray, FL with a purpose of bringing the authentic, Italian cuisine with a Jersey Shore flare as well as an unrivaled atmosphere and service to the east cost of Florida. MEET THE OWNER.
Owner, Frank Brusco, has made a name for himself as a successful restaurant owner with three famous restaurants in the heart of New Jersey. He is the owner of Gabriella's Italian Steakhouse (Red Bank NJ), Patricia's of Holmdel (Holmdel NJ), and Over Easy Kitchen (Holmdel, Marlboro, and Fair Haven NJ).
He values top tier customer service to make the customer feel welcomed and right at home as well as serving food of the highest ingredients and taste. He is now expanding to Florida and adding Gabriella's Modern Italian to this impressive list. He is excited to be opening on the beautiful, east coast of Florida.
